    They are operating as “WHITES ONLY” in Havana. There are welcoming signs, it seems for everyone. But I found out that they are not accepting black or brown people. I went there hoping to get my nails done. I drove up and noticed a caucasian female in the window at a kitchen sink. When she saw me she quickly disappeared. Doors were locked; no one answered. Upon leaving, I saw 4 females inside.
